Advice, Engineering & Prototype Building
We are happy to advise you on the optimal construction and production method of precision sheet metal parts in your equipment, machines and other industrial products.
On the one hand we can, with regard to the functionality of your product and on the other hand with regard to the optimal manufacturability of precision sheet metal products.
We are active in many branches and over the years we have gained knowledge about the functionalities of devices and machines and how to solve the problems that can arise. An example of this is the undamaged transport of paper in printers and printing machines or the construction of highly conductive system housings for electronic devices. But also how sheet metal products can be constructed that can withstand forces of 8G and more.
We are constantly looking for the most optimal production methods and where necessary we invest in them if they still need to be developed.
In the context of Smartindustry 4.0, in 2018 we started at Addit Sp. z o.o, the multi-million investment in applied software, 3 laser cutting machines and 3 punch laser cutting machines, linked to a single warehouse for the delivery of sheets from the punched and laser cut sheet metal parts.
In this way we realise our smart factory, so that we can do the nesting, programming and production automatically from 3D drawing. Addit BV is always looking for the optimal production method to keep the costs per product as low as possible. Therefore, involve us at the earliest possible stage in the design and development of your product.
Addit BV is very successful in re-engineering projects, Design For Manufacturing (DFM). An example of this is a machine for counting and sorting banknotes, which in the beginning was completely made up of machining parts. Addit BV reconstructed this device entirely from sheet metal parts. The result: a more reliable device at significantly lower costs. We also re-engineered sheet metal parts for paper transport systems in printers. Until then, these could only be made with tooling/tools on presses. Through re-engineering, we were able to make these sheet metal parts on CNC punching and laser cutting machines. The result: no more investment in expensive tools and sheet metal parts that are produced flexibly at lower costs.
You can also contact us for the parallel development of an existing and/or new product. If our knowledge and experience falls short, we call in engineering bureaus and form an expert team tailored to your engineering needs. In The Netherlands we have such a strategic partnership with Post en Dekker BV, Engineers and consultants, www.postendekker.nl.
You determine in which phase you engage us. We have experience to get on board at every stage.
We use the latest CAD-CAM software for the realisation of your 2D and 3D product designs.
Among which :
Autodesk AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PTC Creo Elements / CoCreate, Radan, Wicam, Catia and Siemens NX.
File formats with which we work:
STEP | DWG | DWF | DXF | PDF | IGES | STL | JPEG | PNG | CGR | SAT
We use a method and module that we have developed ourselves to manage engineering projects, with which we can control the engineering process from the Program of Requirements to the testing of the Prototype without any problems.
If you would like to have prototypes available quickly, Addit BV can take care of that. Our best professionals work with you to achieve the best possible delivery time.
