SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

You have already determined the optimal suppliers or in consultation with you we will choose the optimal supplier from our extensive database of suppliers in Western Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia.

LOGISTICS – STOCK MANAGEMENT

The dynamic and flexible set-up of our logistics department enables us to focus on your requirements and wishes.

We offer our clients to deliver products according to logistics systems and stock management such as just in time, kanban, vendor managed inventories and consignment stocks.

SPARE PARTS MANAGEMENT

As an additional service, we also offer a Spare Parts Management Service.

You determine autonomously or together with us where any risks or bottlenecks are located in the manufacturing process and adjust the spare parts approach accordingly.

EXPEDITION

We ship your goods in accordance with your specifications, requirements and/or wishes, packaged correctly and with the correct transport documents and with the agreed delivery condition.

Some clients organize the transport of their products themselves or have concluded contracts with carriers.

We arrange many transports with quality transport companies selected by us on the basis of periodic benchmarks.
