The corporate governance:
Addit BV uses ERP software from Ridder IQ aimed at production companies.
In addition to the basic functionalities, Addit BV uses, among other things, the software integrated into the Ridder IQ ERP:
- Tool KnowledgeSync for automatic monitoring of every aspect in the company
- Production planning module for planning based on the drag and drop principle and orders displayed on a graphical planning board Gantt chart and orders yet to be planned.
- Project management module for monitoring the progress per project of the Sheet Metal and Contract manufacturing departments per phase and budget monitoring via the Work Breakdown Structure.
- Project planning module, with which we continuously coordinate between engineering, purchasing/outsourcing, production of the sheet metal parts, the assembly and the required resources displayed on a “state of the art” four-panel planning screen.
In the Netherlands we apply our own developed Project Management Method and in Poland we apply the Module Project System from SAP.
With this method and module, we can easily monitor the entire procedure of the project and implement it in the following phases.
The initial phase in which we work out your business case together and make a strategic roadmap.
The definition phase. It provides insight into which competencies, skills and knowledge must be used to realise your business case and strategy.
We make agreements regarding the exchange of project information and its management.
We determine who has which responsibilities with regard to intellectual property rights and the laws and regulations.
We map out the (potential) project risks and draw up a risk management plan.
The project organisation is put together and a suitable project approach is developed.
We adapt our internal organisation to your project wishes and requirements.
The preparation phase in which we coordinate the supply chain activities to get the right goods, at the right time, to the right place.
We draw up a feasibility plan to provide insight into how your project can best be carried out.
After all preparatory measures have been taken, we start developing and manufacturing your project.
